First the spit-roasted Magellanic lamb, five to six hours over the fire, with its grilled offal, heart, kidney and chinchulín, and a bite of morel. Then the steppe board: the meats the house smokes on the same hearth and keeps vacuum-sealed, rabbit, wild boar leg, guanaco and wild duck, sliced in front of you, with guanaco empanadas. With Austral Calafate beer or the rotating Magellanic craft beer, with a non-alcoholic version.
